The ArchWeigh HP features factory balanced and leveled construction along with machined idler rolls. Using ArchWeigh load cells to actually measure and eliminate the force of the torque applied across the idler, the ArchWeigh HP maintains long-term repeatability without the need for recalibration.
- Patended ArchWeigh dual-ended load cells provide accurate weight and excellent repeatability by taking advantage of the idler frame's natural tendency to twist in the direction of belt travel, and eliminating this force from the weight measurement.
- Compatible with most weight integrators.
