The ArchWeigh SC offers ±1-2% accuracy and long-term repeatability without the need for recalibration.
Belt speed is measured through a factory-installed belt speed unit comprised of a sealed bearing idler and a noncontacting sensor.
- Patended ArchWeigh dual-ended load cells provide accurate weight and excellent repeatability by taking advantage of the idler frame's natural tendency to twist in the direction of belt travel, and eliminating this force from the weight measurement.
- Compatible with most weight integrators.
- Generally requires no structure modifications and simple to install.
