Dust Fogger Systems Specifications
Typical fogger locations are shown below.Your application may require more components than shown.
Notes:
- Chute baffles or dust curtains should be installed at midpoint and head of loading chutes.
- If transfer chutes are not in place, additional spray heads may be required at this point.
- Install "U" shaped hoop around opening in wind screen;
Spray bar with fogger and Vjets on sides;
Straight foggers along the top.If wind conditions are not a factor, install the hoop horizontally around the opening of the hopper.
For high wind conditions, install wind screen on 3 sides and top.

Water Pressure: 100 to 150 psi Fogger components are connected to the supply pump by a 3/8 in (9.5 mm) supply line. All spray nozzles have brass housings with stainless steel core and orifice inserts. |
