Supports the sealing area, prevents belt sag, and provides a flat, low friction surface for the conveyor belt to travel on.
Sealing load points can be troublesome and sometimes very difficult. The natural sag of your conveyor belt between the idlers can make it almost impossible to get your skirt seal to work. Increasing the pressure on your skirting can cause it to wear your belt's top cover and excessivly wear the skirting material over the idler rolls.The Simplicity Slider System maximizes the performance of your existing skirtboard material.
- Provides a flat, low-friction surface for your belt to travel across using Simplicity Slider Bars made of wear resistant Ultra High Molecular Weight material. This means you can adjust your skirting evenly for a better seal and long life.
- Available as a complete system. We supply the idler stands and our patented wing roll replacement insert.
- Also available as a retrofit unit. Can be engineered to retrofit your existing idler stands at no extra cost.
