Arch Environmental Equipment is committed to providing products of high quality and value. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or credit.

Returns are accepted only for items purchased from Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. Please contact us before returning any merchandise for warranty consideration.

Shortages

Many orders ship in multiple cartons and may arrive days apart, so please check your packing slip before calling us to report a shortage. All claims for shortages must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives in damaged condition, notify us at once. Please do not return damaged goods to us unless instructed to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.

How to Return Merchandise

If you need to return an item, contact us to request an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Returned items MUST have the RGA number written BOLDLY on the package(s). DO NOT write on the items to be returned!

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE INSPECTED PRIOR TO CREDIT BEING ISSUED. CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ITEM(S) RETURNED. ARCH ENVIRONMENTAL EQUIPMENT, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASSESS A RESTOCKING CHARGE.

International Returns

The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements.
